Unified Group, one on the United Kingdom’s leading data and voice convergence network integrators, today were formally notified that they have achieved the Nortel Specialist Support Partner accreditation status for Enterprise IP Telephony. This new status means that the Unified Group have demonstrated they are able to provide a consistent level of technical expertise on the Enterprise IP Telephony product range which covers the Nortel world’s best selling Enterprise voice platforms and applications in IP enabled PBX’s.
Unified Group have made a major investment in network design, installation and support service infrastructure, as well as offering a key range of mandatory plus optional services to achieve this accreditation.
In addition, the required number of trained individuals responsible for delivering pre-sales, design, installation, and maintenance support, specific to the Enterprise IP have been completed as have the required training schedules been completed and required examinations and tests passed.
