Reporting to: Services Manager
The Unified Group is an established national contracting company working within the Telecommunications sector. Our name is synonymous with customer care and we are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to play a key role in our service delivery going forward.
Working closely within a flexible team your main duties will be:
- Logging calls and ensuring they are resolved within agreed targets
- 1st line incident classification and support.
- The allocation and control of engineers queues
- Managing the incidents through to a satisfactory customer resolution.
- Co-ordination with other suppliers to ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations.
- Production of reports
Some knowledge and understanding of the following would be an advantage:
- ITIL Service Management best practices
- Incident Management
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and inter personal skills, a thirst for knowledge and a “can do” attitude along with a confident and friendly telephone manner This role offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring support professional, who would ideally have at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
